What will all those "tough guy" honorable DEA agents do once weed is legal?

Hey guys I'm about to switch over to the flowring cycle of my 12 super skunk plants, I know I need a different type of fertilzer than the one I have know that's high in nitrogen, so what are some good fertilzers for the flowering stage? I would prefer one that's water soluable.

So just throw some extra water on the soil?

How can I tell if I have overfertilized? What are the classic symptoms?
