Another Illegal Compassion Club posing as a Dispensary shut down

I didn't read you're whole post, but just enough to ask why we don't fill out other prescriptions with Juan instead of the pharmacy?

    prop 203 and firearms?

Weed is also illegal federally, but you still do that don't you? And having a card and a gun is not illegal at the state level they were just suggesting you don't do it.

    prop 203 and firearms?

If I can walk into a licensed dealer and they run a background check and I pass, I am not going to tell them I have mmj cards. If I should have them, then I should fail my background check.

The state does not look down on owning firearms and having a card, but the feds do. I've purchased a few guns since having a card and have not been denied even with a background check. Now if you get busted by the feds with mmj and a gun, expect an additional 5 years in a federal pen. But...

How are the current Dispensaries sourcing their meds?

It's not illegal if you have a large enough group of caregivers to donate their maximum amount, I guess I left that part out making it seem ridiculous as in a single person donating an entire harvest. I tend to be brief and undetailed and medicated. I am not going to explain the whole...

How are the current Dispensaries sourcing their meds?

If I am legally able to cultivate 72 plants as a caregiver and patient I will have way more than 15 zips, therefore I can donate the "incidental" marijuana to the dispensary, that I also happen to be an agent for, theoretically speaking.

How are the current Dispensaries sourcing their meds?

A caregiver can donate a portion of their harvest to the dispensary. The state has donation forms that need to be filled out*to track the exchange. Quite a few of the owners have caregiver cards or work with caregivers and donate the product to the store. It is just enough to float the...

    Address on Medical Card

It has to be your correct address. If either of your Id cards have incorrect addresses it would be wise to have them corrected. If your dl doesn't have your right address you can go to the dmv website and update it. Your dl won't have the right address on it but it will be correct in the system.
