    Due to the crack downs, there are virtually no dispensaries here in San Diego and I have to resort to delivery services. I want to pick up some herb from my delivery service during my lunch break at work. Is it legal to exchange it in a shopping center parking lot?

    When I went in for my evaluation last year to get my recommendation for my migraines, the doctor said he will give me a 3-month period in which I can use medical marijuana. The 3 months will be extended to 12 once I get documentation of a diagnosis of my migraine. Has anybody heard of this? And...
