Is it okay to start off your seedlings with a 400w MH bulb?

so i want to start growing and i have a 400w MH bulb. iv been looking it up online and iv seen some people say that you should use a Florescent Light untill they are about 6 inches tall and then start adapting them to the MH bulb. If its possible i would like to just start off using the MH bulb...

okay its just because i was looking it up online and some people said that it wasnt that bad but then others said things like it could cause hermies (what is that) or it could stress the plants and kill them, so i just want to make sure.

i would do that but there is no way that i can get the fan in the hole at the top, it is to small. are there any other suggestions like should i nail a piece of wood in between the fan and plants?

so im making a grow box and i put a hole in the bottom for a fan and a hole at the top so i can circulate the air, but the problem is the the fan would be blowing on my plants. what do you guys recommend i should do, or the fan blowing on the plants not that big of a problem.

okay so lets say i buy the kit for it. is that all i would need to make the light work or would i have to plug it into a outlet or would i have to wire it into my house?

So what type of lights should i use to grow my weed. I know to use the MH or the HPS bulbs are best and id like to use either one. But when i go to the home depot im not sure what im looking for because i find the MH and HPS bulbs but dont know what watt i need or how much lumes output i need...

im using miracle grow and im pretty sure the problem is i was giving it to many nutes. so im just going to use water till they are older, how old do you guys recommend? also how often should i water, and should i water till the water drips from the bottom evertime i water?

so do i just water with water now? or are they going to die?? iv only been fertilizing them for 6 days every other day.

Im new to growing so im not sure what could we cause this yellowing. iv read and i feel like it could be either im giving it to much nutrients, bugs, overwater, or something with the lighting. can anyone please help me they are about 2 weeks old.
