first time puting nutrients

So its been two weeks its like this. its in soil under 430w hps in veg right now and i waterd 1 time with botanicare(liquid karma and pro gro ) all 1/4 strenght and water ph is 6.5 Picture>>>

and there is kind of alot like this and i forgot ph 6.5 for water

not sure what's this but i have picture growing in good soil nutrients is botanicare pro bloom with liquid karma and using half strenght under 430w hps and its been 1 months in flowering but the seeds it needs 65-70 seeds so i still have 2 half months anyways i have picture hear you go

its wierd but its true so not so complicated the nutrients i'm using is botanicare pro grow and liquid karma so on the chart that it cam with its saying 10ml per 4 litter of water<<<<grow pro and 2ml per 4 litters of water<<<<<liquid karma should i use how it says or how should i start...
