Ok I have a problem....my leaves are turning yellow...but they are yellowing from the inside out of you understand what I mean...the tips are still green but closer to the plants it's yellow...plz help

My seedlings have finally came up after about 3 days...one plants first set of leaves has a redish/purple tint to it...can someone tell me if something is wrong?
