Hello, I do not know the full dimensions of this space but it looks like it could be around 4x3x4... My question is: what would be the best way to go about growing w/ cfls? And how many lumens would i need?

a buddy gave me a seed(bagseed) and i germinated it and have kept it under a t4 10.0 reptile uvb light for a week where it grew to node 3, i just put it outside earlier. its in a 3 gallon pot under the sun for most of the day.... i know i wasnt supposed to but like a dummy i topped my plant...
