Yeah its been in the 90's, but its always colder under the house.

I would look at amazon for both fans and mylar. Look up inline fans that will fit your light tube and maybe get 2 for each tube, or one big one that can handle both. (whatever your price range is) and make sure you also get standing fans or boxs fans to circulate the air and help make the stems...
