Thanks for the help, I have already re-pot so I don't think i can do it again just yet, the box actually moves up around the pots where they sit on the floor so there is some room left. How much more do you think I can tie them, I have also been pinching (crimping) the stems on the back two...

This was only temporary whilst we made a proper box, it did get slightly warm in there but easily manageable, some pictures of the new box below which there is a small extractor fan on the roof.

Yeah, basically you crush the inner of the stem and it rebuilds stronger it also stops lateral growth to stop them from shooting up!
