I actually start my plants in 4 inch grodan cubes, then put them in the slabs in the bloom room. I soak my slabs and cubes for a week before using in 5.0 to 5.5 ph water.
I moved my light 22 inches away from the plants. I have some crispy leaves around the buds on the main colas. Buds and the rest of the plants look good. Should i remove the crisp leaves?
Yes i do think it could have been heat stress...Last Thursday temps got a little to hot. Since then i have been running my H.V. inline fan whenever my light is on. I am using rockwool slabs, 1000 watt hps lighting, and gh nova nutes.
I thought was first grow was going well till this morning. I have my timer that floods my table set to 4 minutes 3 times a day. But timer malfunctioned some time last night and stayed on at least 3 hours. Just started 5th week of flower with white widow. I hope my girls will recover. Any advice...
i used the forum search..and only got info on molasses soil grows. It would be alot cheaper than buying sweeteners from the hydro stores. Don't want to find out it doesn't work the hard way!
got tired of adding vinegar and lemon juice 3 to 4 times a day to keep the ph down. Went to my local hydro store and bought the real stuff. Now i add a little bit about every 3 days to keep it where it needs to be. Cheaper is not always better! lol
I have a 20 gallon resevoir and ive started using concentrated lemon juice to lower the ph, but after a few hours it goes back up. Any advice would be appreciated. thanks
I am now using lemon juice to lower ph. Problem is after about 6 hours it rises again. Is there something better i can use that isn't too expensive? Might help to add i have a 15 gallon res. And the lemon juice is concentrate.
