thanks missnu :) yea it is fun in a way but bit of a pain with the pheno's making them finish differently, its only an issue at the mo as im not set up how id like so have to dry in the grow area it all has to come down together, next time tho its sensei's super skunk then after that medicene man :D

Hi BearDown nah they are not green crack, i was told that they were rhino/s8 but i dont think they are as they been flowering 11wks wednesday lol

Oh the joys of using unstableized seeds, lots of different pheno's on show and ive got some finished where others arent quite there grrrr lol Thought id show a selection of mug shots of them they arent bad considering they were done on the most basic of budgets and were seeds from someones crop...

ooo so how long has that been under your kessil? are you going to flower under led too? was just thinking that it would be cool to have it bushing in veg, then flowering under hps would really be mental :D

Thanks matey i was sort of thinking that they wernt that great for penetration as all the pics and vids i keep finding are of smaller plants. Be interesting when the 7w diodes are more widely used i think leds are definatley going in the right direction thats for sure :D

cool well i think im gonna have to test a led and see how i get on, will run a led and a 600 and compare, any reccomandations on make? blackstar ok? was thinking of the 5 or 600w one.

Cool thanks v much will keep an eye out for them, do you know how far 3 watt diodes penatrate? From what im reading the advantages are a trade off for around 10% reduction in yeild, do you know if this is accurate? thanks for the help :D:D

hey guys Firstly fair play weejuana top post and great test :) can you (or anyone) tell me how the light penetration compares to a 600w? Is it poss to grow 1m high plants as you would with the hid? Would you say led lighting is now a viable replacement for 600's? A friend of mine is mad keen on...

well i did top a few and they branched out ok, they seemed to have stopped growing vertically now the taller ones are about 1m tall and now the seem to be doing bud work, am starting to notice them fatten each day now :)
