Hydro how tall should it be when i flower then?

So how long am i looking for harvest if i start flower now?

Is there a picture u can find that will tell me if it is indica or sativa. because i think it is indica or if i took a picture would u be able to tell??

It is an indica.

My plant is about 7 and 1/2 inches tall with about 5 sets of branches and has more stems growing in between. i only want a plant that is about 3ft tall. Please tell me when i can start flowering to get to 3 ft?
