Oh ok then I guess topping with minimal pruning is best. How are your plants looking? How much longer before harvest?

Yea I have a lot of popcorn bud too. I'm happy they are there but I'm kinda mad i didn't remove some of those tiny branches during veg. I think i would have a bigger yield in the long run. When you prune do you take off all of the small branches under your canopy?

Hey guys sorry for the wait...the ladies are looking good. we are 5 weeks in. hopefully we can squeeze out more bud in the next three weeks!! I wanted to trim and prune the lower branches during week 3 but i felt it might shock the plants at that point. Idk was it a good or bad call?

Thanks HP, they are about 8 weeks old...This is my first time topping/fimming. I grew from seed and veg'd for 5 weeks. And yea i expect them to close up and start developing fat colas :grin: Do you have pics or a post of your grow?

why did you stop posting?? do you remember how much you yielded? I just order VFT and wonder woman from nirvana. I was also think of a setup like yours and maybe a little bigger!
