what are these bugs that look like gnats flying around my plants? I also have noticed a flying bug the size of a bee, but it is black and white, with what appears to be the eyes of a fly. anybody else here in az having these bug issues?

i grew 8 plants last year....they flowered for more than 90 days.....way past the barneys farm estimate, they stretched tremendously, only 2 of the 8 plants looked like the photo bfarm has, but the smoke i thought was a 7 out of 10.....doubt i would grow them again, but I did get close to 3...

problem with lights.....right now my plants are on 18-6 schedule for veg. they sleep from noon to 6p, if I go 12-12, they sleep from 6a-6p, but due to my work schedule, it would be difficult to care for them.
