What do you mean about putting the lights "in between" the plants? And are you thinking 2 Ozs total?

I will probably look to do the same, but switch to a different light, I dont know what yet. Currently with 4 plants, we have the 2 LEDs and 18 23 W CFLs Im confident these will produce flowering. (Added lights below):

This has always had CFL's with the LEDs. Im adding more CFLs now. We currently have 12, and are now adding 6 more. (2 LED45, 18 CFL 23 W 2700K)

Ah, got it man, thank you. Ive been repositioning these CFL EVERY DAY to ensure they are targeting the plants closely, and at different angles and heights....I really think they will respond great, as the veg has been monstrous through this technique.

Im not flowering with the LED's, well I am, but also with the 12 CFL's you see in the picture which are 2700K 100W equivalents. Those will be plenty of light.
