Sorry I am a newbie at growing but it is damn obvious that you don't use 15 CFL lights and expect that to be more efficient to run than a higher hps or hid light. That's just dumb, cfls are good for high light output to low watt usage ratio.

Yo I don't think you can clone autoflowers... ( that I know of anyway)...
