put your seedlings in a peat pot then you just stick the whole thing in the new pot instead of transplanting and stunting it a few days. your light should be around 20 to 24 inches away just my opinions tho everyone got there own. it always worked for me i use clones tho

i was told to let it get cold in the dark 12, and hot again in light 12, is this true if so how cold?? i let them go down to 10 celcius last dark is this ok???
