Your probably good, im no expert but i read as long as you have enough light to read a book, you have enough to grow shrooms. The same place didnt specify 6500k, but im sure it would be better.

I use around 9ml per gallon, but thats only for the big ones. and my bottle doesn't say anything about hydro or soil.

I have only flushed once the whole grow, but i have had no problems.
