Feminized seeds give you a better chance that the plant will be female. There is still a chance it could be male so you need to grow them until they show their sex.

Try lining your grow space with reflective lining just to maximize the light from your cfl's. Ive had good results with the 2x 6500 - 1x 2700 approach in the past but Id say take it down to just 2 plants or 3. But try your luck and either way you learn something every grow. GL man. I'll b...
