As of now Im running cfl's and led for veg. Could i switch to a hps 150w and keep vegging?

I have white mildew on my plants and I am in week 5 into flowering and it is near the buds. There in a 5x4 tent with osculating fan and exhaust at 47% humidity during night and 39% during the day. How do i get rid of the mold In week 5 of flowering??

Ive been cleaning all the leafs of the little dots i havent seen any come back but after cleaning the webs its back withing a few days is it mold?

I have 2 flowering soil plants that are in week 4 and have spider mites "I think," because there is a hole in the main stem with webbing around some of the buds/main stem. How do i get rid of this?
