Its tricky to tell if it has been over watered or under watered, because the symptoms looks very similar. Do you keep a grow log? Does the cube feel moist or dry? Also, you may wanna give that plant some support and put a fan on it to get that stem stronger.

Looks nice. Could you please tell me where you got the fixture's? I like how they look a little more self contained than the porcelain ones I have.

Also, make sure if growing indoors you have a carbon scrubber ready to go when that plant starts stinking or you're going to have a very paranoid unpleasant grow.
