Whats the best way to keep seeds from sprouting up with their shells still on? I have burried some 2 inches deep and they still came up with the shell on. I find when i have to remove the shell myself the plant is weaker snd sub-par over all compared to properly sprouted plants.

Pretty sure they are 40w. I found 8 of them at my moms and the fixture will hold 4 at a time. I have an HPS i use. Just started thinking maybe i could have two grows going if these were ok.

Found a bunch of these and a light fixture to put them in.

Use two 42 watt CFL bulbs. The spiral shaped ones. They cost 8 or 9 bucks each. Come in single boxes. You can do an entire grow with just the two bulbs.

I have not had to water my plant in over a week now for some reason. The container just doesent seem to lose its weight. Im using FF soil and perlite. The top few lairs of soil seem dry but the bucket still has alot of added water weight. What should i do?

Thats why i bouht the 150w to begin with the 42w CFLs are 2800 lumens each equaling 11200 , this 150 puts out 16000.
