Hi both of my plants are 20 days along and growing great by over the last few days one of my plants leaves started to droop while the other looks fine. I don't know if my leaves are drooping or if they are just getting heavy for the stem. I'm growing in a dwc under 3 24w cfls. Half strength...

This is my first grow. I have great white shark growing under two 24 t5s. No nutes yet. Just phd water. My seedlings grew crazy for the first few days of sprouting. But I've noticed that it has hardly grown for the last 6 days if it has at all. It's in my dwc now. Any ideas if anything is wrong?
