okay so is the plant in the pic flowering?? because if so.. it is on a 24-0 light schedual and that would mean it would have to be autoflowering to even produce trichomes right?

if that didnt make sense i was telling you to replant the ones in dixie cups into 2-3gallon pots lol

and you should hae transplanted those plants in those dixie cups once the leaves start to get bigger then their container diametre then you should repot to proly a 2 or 3 gallon

just so you know ive used t8's for some time now and I think you can get alot better results with t5 simply because they output more light with a smaller bulb if you get high output system ive heard they work really well

Personally for air intake Ive never had an issue with drilling a couple holes and taping a furnace filter over top of it lol but im low budget

yes your plants will stop growing and u will get nothing from it if u dont re-pot, better yet if u have 2 re-pot one and get back to us after you discover something everyone is tryin to tell you, my advice is take the advice lol
