it does put off alot of heat, but it gives alot of light. lol a pretty bright light hahaha enough to burn your eyes. but i mean i wouldnt mind making a grow box. i got a old computer case. i see. well i mean i got a cooper light. but the thing is way to powerful and gets really hot. and i dont know if i should keep using it. cause i mean i used it once and got the plant to grow 4 leaves. but then it died. so i dont know if i should try the black lights since i could leave them on...

well thank ya for the quick response. yeah i know they are for show and what not. but people say it could work. but it works better if its in red and blue spectrum. but also said it could work as is. and scary picture dude hahahah

okay so ive been reading and people have been saying black lights can work and cant work. i just want an opinion on what you all think. i got 3 big black lights. and i was thinking about it. i might try it depends on what everyone says.

sorry about late response comcast pooped out :/ but anyways i got a 60 mhz, cooper lighting, 120 volts, 4.2 amps. i dont know if that helps at all. and does anyone know what typer of soil i should use. i mean can i just use some dirt that i can get out of the ground? lol
