This is a picture of a window that is in my soon to be grow room. I would like to bring in fresh air from this window. Can anybody recommend a window unit that will bring the fresh air in but keep the inside light from getting out and being visible at night.

I water when soil is dry, about every 3 days. No nutes at this time.
