Thanks JC. Good point about the cost of those seeds. Grab a few via pick and mix, and even if they are not the real deal, it would not have cost me much to find out.
I have been looking around to see if Afghan Kush is available in seed. I see that White Label (who I believe is owned by Sensi Seeds now) has it, as well as World of Seeds. Does anyone know if any other breeders offer Afghan Kush seeds? Or does anyone know if the White Label or World of Seeds...
Ok, so does anyone have any reviews of the actuals seeds or strains? I am not concerned with their shipping methods as I would order the seeds via Attitude. Anyone grow out The Purps or any other strains from them?
Thanks.
Greetings all.
I have been checking out some of the strains offered by TGA Subcool, but I have not seen too much about the quality of the strains. A couple smoke reports I have seen are decent as well as germination numbers. But have also seen mentions of lack of stability in the strains. I am...
I am a newer grower who has not tried a lot of strains, so seven mid-grade freebies probably gets me more excited that it would someone who has been around the block quite a few times.
Just saw the new promo from Attitude for January (Lucky 7 promo). That looks like a sweet promo. Some beans in there that I have wanted to order in the past. Will definately be getting in on that.
Chronic - do you mean you harvested a total of 6 oz from the plants? Or did you get 6 oz from EACH plant (for a total of 12 oz)?
Thanks man. Good grow.
My next grow (only my 2nd) and I have White Widow seeds from Greenhouse on the way. Anyone know what I should expect for stretch in flowering? Trying to figure out how long to veg them for.
Thanks.
Thanks for the posts Cannabis. That article speaks more about the PH of the soil though, rather than the PH of the nutrient solution going into it periodically. I have been trying to do a good bit of reading lately on soil's ability to buffer against change in PH. Soils with high Cation Exchange...
Thank you everyone for your responses. Yet another fine example of the age-old debate as to whether one should PH adjust their organice nutrients or not.
Icemud - I use EJ as well and would LOVE to not have to bubble into a tea every single time I feed. Do you just "mix and feed" the way the...
Does anyone know if Earth Juice Natural PH up (99.5% Potassium Bicarbonate) harms the beneficial fungi or bacterial in a good living soil? I have read that it can kill the fungi associated with powerdery mildew. Curious as to whether it does the same to Mycorrhiza.
I am sure we all were hoping for more, but expecting something like this - a canned BS response that backs up their belief that they have the right to control what people put into their bodies.

I had added lime to my test mixes and it never seemed to raise the PH much at all. I added, tested, added more, tested, added more, tested, etc. Maybe it takes time for the lime to "work it's magic?"
Sorry about the results table. Not coming out the way I type it. In any event, in my testing the Happy Frog was coming out VERY acidic. So I guess the big bag I just picked up will be used outside around my azaleas.
I am a newb grower and have had some issues with PH lockout of nutes. I have always been very carefull with my watering and feeding, but when I tested the soil / runoff - the PH was in the low 5's. So I have been playing around with some mixes and they have been testing low in PH as well. I...
