its really impossible for someone to say exactly but what makes it hard for me to give you an estimate is how it looks. the bud underneath the rotted on the top looks frosty and healthy from what can be seen, but if determining harvest times are difficult by way of seeing the color of the hairs...

damn that sucks. you should try to cut the affected area as best as possible. hopefully it wont go that deep into the flower. but yes that is deff bud rot
