i would seriously let her grow quite a bit taller than a foot. What kind of plant is she? Indica/sativa, what? this determines how big you want to let her get before you bloom her out... you should be fine putting her under 18/6. Most people run 18/6 from the start anyways. I don't when...

it starts off the morning and runs 30 minutes straight then is on every other 15 minutes for 15 minutes, the last hour before dark its off... i wish i knew what strain any of these are
