imo and my opinion means next to nothing when it comes to this, but I think I still see pistils. They should retract back into the buds and also look at the buds with a microscope 30x or so and take a look at the trichromes. they should look like itty bitty mushrooms, stalks with little round...

also the guy who gave me clone looked at the pics and said they definitely look healthy but the buds aren't looking as big as his, then again he's growing 20+ plants under a 1000w HPS hydroponics, and like I said above I have one plant in soil, under a 250w MH hood.
