Natural Pest Control Primer and Recipe

FYI, I had some tenacious spider mites this month. Spraying with Azamax controlled them, but one quart of tobacco water on the plants completely killed em all in one application. I used Azamax/tobbacco combination at about 5 am, and had nothing but dead bugs by noon. Woot!

    Sudden Yellowing of White Widow

Wow...I missed your post Benny...sorry for the late reply. Essentially with plants in a 4' hole, there exists the possibility that your plant has excessive water at the bottom. There is no way to really tell if you are watering excessively because the water probes only go about 8". We know...

Sorry for not responding harry, I've been busy... No information on lillies. BUT I was at my nursery a month ago and they had Nicotina plants, which are low end tobacco plant with beautiful white flowers. The nurseryman told me that they attract mites and aphids, who feed and die very...

    Sudden Yellowing of White Widow

Update: After two weeks, which included suggestions of under-fertilization and underwatering, we dug up one of the plants to look at the soil underneath. Took a soil sample and mailed it off to look at any other potential signs. The hole the plant was in was wet two feet down, well out of...

    Sudden Yellowing of White Widow

Guys, Got many different strains, all in the identical organic mix, all in holes in the ground outdoors. White widow is yellow and dropping leaves. Almost white. All other strains green and strong. Thinking they were under watered at the bottom of the hole (nute lock) I increased water...

if raided could i take the blame without my parents getting in trouble?

Theoretically, yes...If its reasonable to the cop responding that your parents weren't involved. If its in a closet in your room, you have plausible deniability. If you are growing it in the kitchen, then they are involved. Besides, unless you're in a state like Utah, they don't...

Pernicious Flowering (Early) of Large Outdoor Crop

Well since they are in holes (firmly in the ground). I could not get them indoors. So most of my crop started flowering (a couple had chucky buds starting) and then went thru two weeks of sickness moving from flowering back to veg. I had to prune off the brown dying crap, but am pleased to...

New Medical Grow Starting in California...

Update...because of the bad weather, they are just now topping 6 feet, but are entirely and completely yellow and dropping leaves. They are about 3-5 feet short of my July estimate because we lost 5 weeks of sunshine here. All the white widow (and only the white widow) are yellow like the...

    bugs help

Its Gnats. Bad. They will lay eggs in the top of your soil too, and gnat larvae in your root system is bad. Run, don't walk to the store of your choice and tell the gardener there you have gnats all over your vegetables and in the soil. It's correctable, just get on it quick!

How late is too late to plant clones?

You're in OK shape. If you get clones right now, since we don't have the equinox till June 24th (could be 23rd), you would get about 5-9 weeks of vegging max. Note the Huge disparity between 5 and 9. Why you ask? My neighbors grew Pot in Alaska (Which By the way is your exact Latitude) and...

Natural Pest Control Primer and Recipe

SCCA, you are absolutely 100% correct, almost to the word. I have 2 quick thoughts I'll attribute to you...they need time to gel. I have a crop to save...see other post... I should heat pasturize this just in case. Expensive cigars probably don't have the viral issues because they treat...
