how would i go about removing them from the dirt and not making them go into shock?

i wasnt really expecting anything 2 grow to be honest i was just tokin up one day and threw all my seeds in this pot and poof couple weeks later i got these im not tryin 2 spend any money (its a shame i know) but i could weave some out and leave the biggest ones in there i dunno i came on here 2...

yea i just took these picture just now these ones dont look 2 swell but um i know they need more sun light but i dont have time 2 do all that fancy stuff 2 it. i just like seeing nice healthy pot plants i like the way they look and grow if you could fill me in and tell me whats going on that...

but iv planted a few plants and they came out very nicely and there about 5-7 inches tall im not using any hydroponic systems or anything just pot and old fashion sun light and it seems 2 me the tops and some what of the middle are browning... some of the tips are 2 i don't know if this has...
