I have a friend that swears by lady bugs he actually keeps them in the fridge.... or freezer cant remember but he releases a few in his grow room for a few days when ever he needs to.

MIne stayed like that for 15 days so just hold tight they will get there......I hated when people told me that but thats all you can do.

What size pots are you using? like muertos said every thing sounds good i think you maybe under watering 16 oz is small thats only 2 cups.

I would just PH adjust couple gallons of water and flush that way. Thats the best and safest way.
