Yeah adding a few drops of pH down right into the bucket away from the roots should be fine bro, and for the pH drop id make sure EVERYTHING is clean, my airstones and bottom of the bucket get the skankiest, also check under the lid of your bucket, and also make sure your buckets are light proof...

I just checked my plants today after leaving them for a few days and they are growing really well, the root mass is thick and white, no root additives at all seems to be the way to go for me!

Yeah i have a ppm memter, i use a knock off brand of the truncheon stick, its pretty good =]. The temp drop was awesome, my hps is about 6 inches from my plants now and they arent burning

If there are roots coming out of the bottom of the netcup dandling into the water, 1 to 2 inches below the netcup is fine. If there are no roots at the bottom of the netcup you need to get that water level right upto the bottom of the netcup, 1cm or 2 above the bottom of the netcup wont hurt...

Today is a good day! My pH meter fixed itself! And i worked out 2 products i was using are similar root development additives, and i used them both at full strength so i think it burnt the roots with too much salt or something =[

Ive just put the super skunk in plain pH'd water to 5.8, ill see how she goes compared to the rest! Also i just broke my 4th pH meter! FUCK!
