take ur seeds out of the soil and put them in a glass of luke warm water. Then put it in a warm dark place, an airing cupboard is ideal. Hope this helps always works for me.

i'd leave it in the same pot. Seams a bit big and late to be messing with. And i doubt very much there would be a grate difference, after all the plant will not be growing much more in size now only producing buds. Next time increase the pot size will still in veg .:-P
