I have changed my upgraded my lighting a bit now I am pushing 540 Real Watts out of a CFLs in a 4.1 squared area. For a total of 34000 Lumens. /4.1 that = 8292.68 lumens per square foot Temp is steady at 80 degrees with lights on in the cab

The 24 hrs lights on isnt going to increase your yield but on the other hand nor is it going to hurt it. Give your plants a little time off to reduce stress be it 4 hrs or 6 hrs. The change in temp should also help with stable growth.
