Yea they are required a 24-48 hr notice. What's the lowest wattage I can use in t5

2 54watt T5s in a apt is that to much? Even though T5s are cost efficient will this be ok. Because I'm thinking with damn near all the lights on in the house and a 56 inch tv on all the time should be more then 108+ watts I'm guessing.

So I think I germinated a little to long.. There long I will be planting them today -one already popped from the seed can I still plant it? - when I plant them.should I make a deeper hole? - when I plan should the seed be facing down or up? Thanks in advance

I'm interested in using t5 lights not cfls, will t5s do good as well also how about the transplant to 1 gallon pots? Thanks for you input any others want to chip in some knowledge?
