I posted but have additional question. germinated in 3 gallon pot with no transplant. 25 days old under hps and cfl and 3" tall. Plants look good only very small. Will vertical growth start or should I try again??

Greetings: Two White Widow seedlings vegging. Once pre-flower is done in a 2 x 2 scrog, is it recommended to go 24-36 hours dark before 12/12? Will that induce quicker flowering and more buds? Thanks
