I am a new grower, so maybe I am nuking this...(over thinking, making it more complicated then what it is) but how exactly do I do this? Do I just get a lime from the grocery cut it up and put it under the plant on or in the soil?

Well I haven't gotten around to adding the nutes to the tomatoes outside, but I have begun adding them to my indoor plants; and they have gone through a growth spurt since I gave them the liquid feed. I must say they are looking very nice to me, considering this is my first grow it might not be...

if it were me i would start small and if its too small go a little bigger but generally whenever I drill a hole for whatever application I want the drilled hole to be slightly smaller than whatever I am putting in there screw... so the threads have something to bite on... this application is...

if your unsure on the placement of lights... have you moved them closer to the light to rule out that possibility just in case that might be it? mine are also curling upwards however not too bad and the light i have on them is about 4-6 inches from them... using t-5 2ft 2 bulb floros

how did that turn out for you... I figured with soil you already have things in there so should prolly use the nutes at a weaker strength.... I also was thinking about using some nutes on my maters outside... just cuz i got a late start on em and my soil around my house is really shitty...

general hydroponics three part nute system. I got them from ebay pretty cheap. did ok on the tomatoes I had going on the last system.

Also will be growing this first grow with hydro nutes in soil and using only floros due to money restraints. hopefully after the frist grow goes... if all goes well, I can reinvest into my grow room with hopefully better lights and venting system:roll:

i have a three part general hydroponics grow bloom and whatever the micro thingy is supposed to be called in their brand name.... can i just mix that for soil fert? or is there a difference between soil fert and hydroponic nutes.

i figured liquid would be easier, just mix with water and use it when you water the plants right.... so dyna gro and a three part system?
