Your tap water is really bad - think about RO filter or using bottled water. And check EC/PPM of your water I assume that its already to high + you using nutes.

I did same mistake. I didnt expect that soil will mash that much :) I know its bad to stress plants but I took them out from pots and put more soil because lowest leaves already was ticking the edge of the pot and I just could not put soil on top. Hopefully that didn't stress my babies too much...
