Doing it big, and lovin it

Does anyone have any suggestions, they seem to be getting worse. I moved them back inside but I'm not sure that I should turn back on my 1000 watt???

The smaller ones GDP and the taller one is chem dog out of my crops that are doing bad. I left them for a friend to take care of and I think he wasn't circulating the air in the room too. There indoor but right now i got them out side due to a blown fuse. Any help would be appreciated
