OK, i just counted the nodes on each plant.. Each one has 12 nodes,not 6... LOL.. The plants had the lights no more than an inch and a half from the plants for 2 straight months.. So the light being too far from the plants is not a problem.. they have only stretched since being outside..

All I would do is go to the store, buy a 3 foot flourescent light, keep the light 2 inches from the plant at all times, and let it grow.. Thats what my plants looked like when I first started.. Then realized they needed more light.. That's all you need.. And a fan to make the stems stronger...

I haven't fed them anything.. I bought a bag of mixed dirt from home depot, mixed in some perlite and moss.. Watered it down, let it sit in the hot sun for a week, then re wetted the soil and then put my seeds in the soil.. I find that the fertelizers in the soil will cause the leaves to start...

I've grown them just like this before, and all of them came out fine.. I did 4 in this same pot last year and 3 of them were females and 1 was a male.. I tore it out.. The female plants all had buds the size of my arm.. None died.. I am just doing it for fun anyways, so no transplanting is going...
