i did 2 month veg on my with fluro then switched to 250w hps with 2 4ft fluro with warm and cool combo for side lighting and they showed in 11 days when i switched to 12/12 just be patient. What strain are you using??

Well if its a small area a pot of water with a good surface area should help raise the humidity a little.I had the same problem with my grow dryed out quickly on the top soil so i did the pot of water and adjusted the fan so it hit the top part of the plants and not so much the soil...
