I'm new to growing and need some help. My babies are stuck in a slow or no grow situation. They are about 1.5 weeks old and have gotten their first 2 set of leaves and then nothing... No height growth, nothing seems to be happening. What should I do? Any suggestons.

I was hit by a drunk driver 15 years ago and now where my body took the hit hurts (arthritis) and Med Marijuana seems to be a godsend.
