Dude 2g's will be crazy tight budget,, but the 4-600 will be a nice set up but I think it would be I'llil out of your budget. If you can keep your room cool 1,000 hid usualy are a lol cheaper at shops by me but they run so damn hot, but you could snag 3-1,000's and 2-5x6 trays and butt them end...
