well i wanna use soil and grow it in my closet but i dont have enough $ right now to get any hps or anything thats why i needa do flourescent its cheap can you recomend some cheap good soil i could use?

im starting off with a cheap marijuana grow my grandpas got a flourscent tube light fixure holds 4 3 foot tubes maybe? it could hold up to 250w maybe i want to use advanced nutrients but i need help with the rest inbetween anybody help? i wanna at least get a ounce
