When is the right time to transfer my 4 week old veg plant from its smaller ceramic pot to a 3 gallon pot she is about 10 inches tall and has two rows of 5 leaves and a top row of seven leaves with healthy leaves growing off the main stem

they look good although i would recomend not using clear conatainers its bad for ur roots i have two white widow veg plants about the same size
