1-23w CFL is nowhere near the amout of light it needs to be getting for one thing

I use all 6500k's when they're in veg and then first signs of flower i switch about 3/4 of those out with 2700k's to make the majority

And if you're using like a 125w+ CFL one is fine for a couple plants but more lights is always better no doubt.

Yep I use all 6500k when they're veg and first signs of flower I switch about half or 3/4 of the lights to 2700k. They start to yellow a little if you just use straight 2700k from what I've heard, never tried using just 27xx though so I wouldn't know for sure.
