Blow out all your air , all of it , don't inhale , Hold breath for 15 30 seconds and take a big dab on the inhale. Who has tried it.

Any suggestions on what addatives to use with flora nova ? Do they look like they could use stronger nutrients solution ec is around 1.2 ec starting ppm 200 of water 4 weeks since lights switched
