    Potassium Silicate to raise pH

Ksil is used in construction, might not be the best for our plants. But you have to dilute it first (if you want to add it after all nutrients)

    Potassium Silicate to raise pH

According to the article "it may have". As far as I read, there are a ton of DE compositions. If you get one specific for agriculture/food grade, it won't have any heavy metals...

The Vault - Fastbuds Fast Flowering Range Is In Town! Wee Giveaway!

Purple Lemonade (auto) was actually in my first "test" grow! It did so well, that since then, I got a 2x4 with 200W LED + 4x4 with 500W, automated dehumidifier, including runoff. Since then I haven't grow any Fastbuds, mostly due the fact I moved to photoperiodics. I actually will do a small...

    Potassium Silicate to raise pH

We are probably not talking about the same ones. Here from the one I got: Carbonato de Calcio (CaCO3): 27,70% ± 0,2% Óxido de silicio (SiO2): 70,30% ± 2% Alúmina (Al2O3): 1,11% Óxido de magnesio (MgO): 0,42% Trazas entorno al 0,5% This was actually recommended from 2 good growers that don't...

    Potassium Silicate to raise pH

For the ones interested, I ended up choosing Diatomaceous Earth, which is pretty much Silica (70% SiO2). Most liquid forms I found were 30% max. And I don't really need the K Potassium, this way I can raise my pH in early bloom, only with the silica.

    Potassium Silicate to raise pH

Yeah, I saw a few related to construction, but not sure if they same formulas.. or you actually use it in your plants? I guess I'll get some liquid one and run some tests  quite diluted at first

    Potassium Silicate to raise pH

Yeah I've checked that one, but it's quite expensive as I'll use just as a pH Up. Also it seems to have a low concentration of Potassium Silicate. Ah yeah, for what I've read, all silicon solutions should be applied before nutrients. Or, if after, you can dilute it first. And make sure you...

    Potassium Silicate to raise pH

Guess you went for the TL/DR :p It's quite hard to get DynaGro products here. Also, what are the other 88.5%? Water?

    Potassium Silicate to raise pH

Hey guys, Been looking for a liquid pH up solution (I'm using soil mix), and all hands point to Potassium Silicate (for my case at least). Unfortunately, there aren't many products here (I'm not in US) with a good concentration of Potassium Silicate (PS), and it's mostly Potassium Hydroxide...

Flood table for runoff drainage only?

Hi everyone! How y'all doing today? So, next improvement in my setup must be runoff drainage! ---------Notes--------- -> I don't want to vac it -> I can't easily get DrainAway trays in my country -> I already have a condensate pump to drain dehumidifiers water ---------------------------- I...

    Watering wand/rod connectors?

Hey everyone! I bought my setup and is working well, however it seems to have low pressure. I'm thinking it should be the pump. But there's a guy on YouTube which did it with a 265gph fish tank pump. I got a 400gph pump. It's connected through a 5m(16feet) long, 10mm(0.39") inner hose...

    Watering wand/rod connectors?

Yeah, nothing suspicious about it. I would have no problem on that. But we don't have many local supply stores, and they're usually pricey. Also, I don't think there's much innovation and latest products around here. But I will look into this "garden hose adapter", I think that was what I was...

    Watering wand/rod connectors?

Hey there fellow companions! Stepping up my hand watering game. Time for a watering wand connected to a submersible pump. Cheap watering wand (or similar): For the tubing, I see most need 16mm hose. QUESTIONS: 1. Which connector(s) will I need for this setup?? 2. Can I connect the tube...

    [Technical] NC x NA x NC/NA

    - I don't think my dehumidifier has such a jumper. It is an Infiniton DHM-W20L. - I'm hoping that if the pump is full (2liter) and can't drain for some reason, the dehumidifier stops as well. Am I hoping wrong? Will it flood my room without that jumper?? Thanks a lot for all your input so far...

    [Technical] NC x NA x NC/NA

It should be: NC - Normally closed NA - Normally open NC/NA - I have no idea But what do these mean?? Do I want normally closed? Or normally open? Or the last one?
